The tower kitchen - culinary delights at a height of 165 metres
High above Vienna, at a height of 165 metres, is the heart of the Donauturm gastronomy - the tower kitchen. From here, both the Turm Restaurant at 170 metres and the Turm Café at 160 metres are supplied with freshly prepared food and drinks.
Logistics at the highest level
As the kitchen is located below the catering levels, a state-of-the-art food lift is used to transport the dishes. The food is transported in special warming devices to ensure that it reaches the guests in perfect quality.
Precision & perfection
All the logistics are perfectly coordinated to ensure that everything runs smoothly. While guests enjoy the breathtaking view, the kitchen team ensures that culinary delights are served at the table in record time with great passion and skill.
A visit to the Turm Restaurant or Turm Café is therefore not only a taste experience, but also a technical masterpiece that is perfected at a height of 165 metres!
